Real Estate Cashback Housing Cooperative Society Announces 2025 AGM

The Real Estate Cashback Housing Cooperative Society has announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Monday, July 7, 2025, bringing together members, stakeholders, and industry experts to reflect on the past year’s accomplishments and discuss future plans.

The AGM will serve as a key event for cooperative members to review financial reports, celebrate achievements, and explore the strategic direction of the society moving forward. The meeting underscores the cooperative’s ongoing commitment to fostering transparency, growth, and empowerment among its members, driven by the core values of Savings, Investment, and Loans.

Dr. Oluwatosin Olatujoye, President of the Real Estate Cashback Housing Cooperative Society, expressed that the AGM is more than just a formal meeting it is a gathering to strengthen unity and vision within the cooperative. “This AGM is a celebration of our progress in empowering real estate investors and providing accessible housing finance solutions. We are excited about engaging more deeply with our members and unveiling future plans that will continue to drive positive change,” said Dr. Olatujoye.

Wasiu Sonekan, the Managing Director and Treasurer of the Cooperative, highlighted the significance of this year’s AGM, emphasizing the growing financial confidence of the cooperative’s members. “The AGM is about more than just presenting financial figures; it’s a time to celebrate the continued growth of our members’ investments and reaffirm our mission of democratizing access to real estate wealth,” said Sonekan. “We are proud of the transparency we have maintained, and we look forward to an even more impactful year ahead.”

During the AGM, updates will be shared on cooperative performance, ongoing project developments, dividend declarations, and opportunities for both new and existing members to take full advantage of the society’s unique cashback model.
