The Lagos State Government has unveiled the 2025 Land Use Charge (LUC) bill, offering a 15% discount for early payment.

Commissioner for Finance, Abayomi Oluyomi, emphasized that LUC revenue supports critical public infrastructure such as roads, healthcare, schools, and security.

In a statement, he urged property owners to take advantage of the discount by paying before the deadline to avoid penalties.

The government highlighted landmark projects like the Lagos Rail Mass Transit (LRMT) funded through taxpayer contributions.

For inquiries, walk-in centers listed on the back of LUC bills are available for assistance.

Oluyomi urged all property owners to fulfill their civic duty and contribute to Lagos’ transformation into a thriving metropolis.
