The fire Outbreak on Victoria Island’s Adeola Odeku street that destroyed a building in the area has been put out by the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service.
The Agency reported that rescue efforts started almost immediately after it received distress calls regarding a fire outbreak on Tuesday at about 10.03am.
Spokesperson of the agency, Amodu Shakiru who confirmed the incident said the details about the fire outbreak will be communicated later.
Amodu said the fire was met well alighted and fire fighters swung into action and successfully arrested it.
According to reports, the fire incident saw many sustain varying degrees of injuries.
The building is located in a business environment.
