The Lagos State Building Control Agency has resumed its enforcement exercise with the inspection of ongoing development in Ila-she Beach Resort in the Ori-Ade Local Council Development Area of the State.

The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development, Olumide Sotire, who led the State’s enforcement exercise, called on the Developers and Owners of structures within the area, to submit their building permits and other relevant documents.

He also advised all the property owners along Ila-she Beach Resort to ensure that they carry out non-destructive tests and integrity tests to ascertain the status of their buildings.
