Lagos-based firm, Messrs Building LandWey Investment Limited is set to commence development of “The Audacity Skyline”, a 28-floors, mixed-use high-rise in the Eko Atlantic City, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The proposed tower will sit on 3,500 square metres land space. LandWey operates within the commercial, retail and residential property segments and provide real estate advisory services.

Speaking with The Guardian on the proposed project, the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of the LandWey group, Mr. Olawale Ayilara, said that the ‘project is an architectural masterpiece that would feature tastefully finished beach-front residences and penthouses, commercial spaces, multi-level parking, designated elevators, personalised concierge services all executed with best-in-class construction procedures and standards.

Ayilara said: “As a brand, we are ready and equipped to take on the project armed with robust experience in construction as well as our strong partnerships with world class architects, engineers and designers.

He noted that the firm has consistently set the pace in the real estate sector within the past decade.

He observed that the real estate sector in Lagos has witnessed a lot of growth and innovation within the past five years with abundance of investment options as well as creative marketing ideas.

“LandWey boasts a growing asset base of real estate products that are tailored to the middle market; a niche that they have performed comfortably well, he stated.

The groundbreaking ceremony of ‘The Audacity Skyline’ is scheduled to hold in October 2019.
