Royal light gauge steel roofing structure has received the best innovative products of the year at the just concluded Africa International Housing Show 2023.

Royal light gauge steel roofing structure is a product of Royal Ceramics, it is a roofing system constructed using light gauge steel (LGS) as the primary building material.

Light gauge steel is a type of thin sheet metal that is commonly used in construction due to its strength, durability, and ease of handling. This material is also referred to as cold-formed steel, as it is shaped at room temperature.

The roofing structure made from light gauge steel offers several advantages, such as lightweight compared to traditional building materials like concrete or wood, making it easier and more cost-effective to transport and handle during construction.

Incorporated in 1959, Nigerite Limited is an Etex company and the leader in the building materials market offering various building components covering a wide variety of designs in fibre-cement roofing and ceiling sheets that provide a superb combination of quality, performance and non-hazardous material to meet your building construction needs.

The event which started on July 24th ended with the Best of AIHS Awards on July 27th 2023, at the International Conference Centre, Abuja.
