El-Rufai consents the regularization proposal of  two undocumented layouts.

In keeping with the state government’s Regularisation Programme, Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai has authorized the regularisation of two additional layouts inside Kaduna metropolis.

Malam Nuhu Dan’ayamaka, the Public Relations Executive of the Kaduna State Urban Planning and Development Authority (KASUPDA), made the declaration on Tuesday in Kaduna.

He said the new plans are for Maigero Phase II (TPO 1263) and Buwaya area (TPO 1210) in the state’s Chikun Local Government Area.

This puts the total number of regularization plans approved by Gov. El- Rufa’i to 15 so far, he noted.

Danbushiya, Gidan Daji, Sabon Gida, NAFDAC, NITR, Chanchangi (Sabon Tasha), Danhonu I, Maigero phase1, Babban Saura, and Oil Village are among these localities.

Kinkinau, NITEL Television, Stello (Sabon Tasha), Maigero phase II, and Buwaya are among the others.

The permission for the activity, according to Dan’ayamaka, was in keeping with the KDSG’s ongoing Urban Renewal Program and the State Government’s gesture to regularize undocumented layouts inside the designated urban districts and other portions of the Kaduna Metropolis.

He urged owners of unapproved constructions and those planning to develop in recently authorized regularized zones to submit their appropriate documentation so that the building permit procedure could begin.
