Prince Akintoye Adeoye, the President of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), has outlined critical initiatives aimed at advancing housing development in the country.

These initiatives include stronger collaboration with the Federal Government to advocate for policies supporting sustainable and inclusive housing, a focus on affordable housing solutions to address Nigeria’s significant housing deficit, and involvement in MOFI Incorporated Real Estate Funds.

Other initiatives involve the Renewed Hopes Housing projects across Nigeria, capacity-building and skill development programs for REDAN members, and the promotion of professionalism and ethical standards within the real estate industry.

In his New Year message, Adeoye praised REDAN members for their resilience and unwavering commitment despite the challenges faced by the sector in 2024, such as economic pressures and regulatory obstacles.

He expressed confidence in the sector’s continued growth and development in 2025, stressing the importance of collaboration and innovation to achieve sustainable housing solutions for all Nigerians.
