Lafarge Africa Plc has approved its Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 30th September 2022.
The approval was done during the company’s Board of Directors meting held on Thursday, 27th October 2022.
In line with the Company’s Insider Trading Policy and the Rules of Nigerian Exchange Limited, the closed period for trading in the Company’s shares, which commenced from 1st October 2022, will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements is released on the floor of Nigerian Exchange Limited.
