Real estate firm GestPoint has expanded its drive to make housing more accessible to Nigerians, unveiling fresh projects and appointing Nollywood actor Babaseun Faseru as its new brand ambassador.
The company said it has launched ten housing developments across Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, and Osun States in the last three years, including its latest project, the Moniya Golf District along the Moniya–Iseyin Expressway in Ibadan.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony in Lagos, GestPoint’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ebenezer Akinrinade Oluwatoba, who also serves as Treasurer of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Oyo State Chapter, said the firm is committed to helping Nigerians achieve home ownership through affordable and secure real estate investments.
“We understand the fears people have when it comes to land investment, which is why we provide verifiable documentation to ensure peace of mind,” Akinrinade said. He added that land banking—buying and holding land for future development—remains central to the company’s strategy to help clients build and preserve wealth.
On the choice of brand ambassador, Akinrinade said Faseru’s integrity and wide appeal make him the right fit to promote GestPoint’s vision. “People want to be sure their investments are safe. Babaseun Faseru is a household name whose values align with ours,” he noted.
GestPoint believes that combining affordable estates, transparent documentation, and a credible ambassador will strengthen investor confidence and position the firm as a leader in bridging Nigeria’s housing gap.
