The Managing Director of the Federal Housing Authority (FHA), Senator Gbenga Ashafa, has restated the commitment of the agency to delivering quality homes to Nigerian families.

Delivering a goodwill message at the book launch of Hakeem Ogunniran, the Chief Executive Officer of Eximia Realty Company Limited, on Real Estate Investment Trusts, he said that the agency’s 764-unit estate in Zuba is likely to be commissioned in the 3rd quarter of the year 2021.

“With the support of the Federal Government and particularly our parent Ministry, finishing works have since commenced and we hope to commission the project latest by the 3rd quarter of the year 2021”

He also noted that the agency is determined to succeed in its quest as it intends to hit its target.

“At the FHA we are repositioned to succeed and we are ready to deliver on our mandate. Hence, every knowledge on how to improve our project financing options remains invaluable. With our target of opening up acreages of Federal Housing Authority Estates across all the geo-political zones of the country in line with the Federal Government’s economic sustainability plan, our work is well cut out for us” he said.
