ERCAAN charges new leaders on Professionalism, best practices

The Lagos State Chapter of the Estate, recent and commission Agent of Nigeria has charged its members on the for professionalism and best practices in their respective engagements.

The advise came on Wednesday  during the election of the new executive who are to steer the leadership of the  association. 

The event, which was graced by the National President of the association  Hon. Godwin Alenkhe(EFA) took place at Utpkor hall okota and greeted with assorted of not less than 168 delegates spanning around all it’s chapters in Lagos.   Speaking at the commencement of election exercise, the President admonished the contestestants into respective positions to see at as a call to service and do all within there power to advance the association to the next levels. 

In his words; ” The occupation of these offices being contested is a mere call to service, but it should be bore in mind that leaders are not insulated from insults, abuses and vilification of names from those you serve” 
Alesh was quick to remind the contestestants, about the dire need to take the Noble profession into higher pedestal than what was obtainable before then. 

According to him, “when you occupy the various offices being contested for, I would urge you to be more holistic and proactive in myriads of problems. What we need now are good leaders to steer the ship of the association to greater heights”   

The President noted that the challenges devilling the organization is that of lack of professionalism,  which the organization has been able to record meaningful progress. He emphasized, that organization occupies a critical role in the real estate industry and as such need capable leaders who can forged a viable relationship with other professional boodies in the real estate industry.

Also giving credence to the aforementioned position of the President  was the Secretary,  Lagos State Chapter ERCAAN, Mr Gbenga Adenowo, he hinted that the election will be conducted in fair, honest and with the overaching  interest of the organization at heart.  

Unvieling the new leadership of the association, the President said he was elated by the  emergence of the new leadership and Advice them to revolutionize the organization by putting their best in their respective positions.
