AceRoyal Estates Homes Ltd. has announced plans to complete and deliver 105 luxury residential units within the next 12 months, reinforcing efforts to reduce Nigeria’s persistent housing deficit.
The project, known as Eko Paragon, is a five-star, hotel-style residential estate situated in the tranquil Abijo Government Reserved Area (G.R.A.), Lagos. The development is positioned as a blend of innovation, comfort, and affordability in the nation’s real estate landscape.
According to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of AceRoyal Estates Homes, Dr. Endurance Agonor, construction began in February 2025 and has already reached an advanced stage.
“After just eight months, 41 housing units are fully completed and fitted,” Agonor said. “Eko Paragon represents our dedication to offering affordable yet luxurious homes, developed in partnership with the Lagos State Property Development Corporation.”
He commended the Lagos State Government for its collaboration and urged continued public-private partnerships to expand access to quality and affordable housing across the state.
“This milestone is a collective achievement for AceRoyal, Lagos, and Nigeria,” Agonor added. “We are determined to continue contributing meaningfully to closing the housing gap and enhancing living standards.”
Located just 10 minutes from the Lekki–Epe Expressway, Eko Paragon sits in the only designated G.R.A. on Lagos Island, offering both exclusivity and easy accessibility.
The estate features wellness and recreational facilities, including a gym, tennis courts, and open green spaces. With only 32 percent of the land developed, residents will enjoy ample greenery, dual private parking spaces per unit, and additional visitor parking.
Each home, according to the developer, combines functionality with elegance, featuring spacious living rooms, contemporary kitchens, and expansive bathrooms. The estate also offers a 24-hour power supply to ensure uninterrupted comfort.
