I-Lotus, a forward-thinking real estate development firm, is championing the adoption of environmentally friendly construction practices, known as green building practices.

These innovative methods are designed to minimize the environmental impact of buildings, making them more sustainable and eco-friendly.

In a recent statement, I-Lotus highlighted its commitment to sustainability through its flagship project, Yuta Lagos, located in Epe, Lagos. The Chief Executive Officer of I-Lotus, Williams Olotu, emphasized that the project was developed with a strong focus on quality and environmental responsibility.

“Yuta Lagos was designed to offer modern, comfortable homes at competitive prices, redefining affordable living with amenities that cater to the needs of families,” Olotu explained. “Our unwavering commitment to quality ensures that each I-Lotus development meets the highest standards of construction and environmental sustainability.”

Olotu noted that I-Lotus incorporates green building practices in all its projects, ensuring that homes are not only affordable but also environmentally friendly. Key features of these practices include water conservation measures, energy-efficient windows, waste recycling initiatives, and the use of solar energy instead of fuel generators.
