Sri-Lanka Police Set To Deploy Drones To Monitor Flats And Housing Schemes

Sri Lanka Police will deploy drones equipped with cameras to monitor flats and housing schemes that are reported to have violated quarantine rules and regulations.

Police Spokesperson DIG Ajith Rohana speaking to News 1st said local police and intelligence services received information that meetings and gathering are organized in flats and housing schemes.

“The Police Special Task Force will also be involved in the operation,” he said.
