REDAN unveils new programmer RUHI 774 at 2021 Annual General Meeting

Real Estate Developers Association Of Nigeria (REDAN) has unveiled a new programmer, RUHI 774.


The programmer was unveiled at the 12th Annual General meeting of REDAN on Wednesday at the Musa Yar’adua Center in Abuja.

The event was attended by the Chief Executive Officers of Real estate companies, executives of professional bodies, Honourable Minister of Works and Housing, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola, SAN, who was represented by the Managing Director of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, Arc. Ahmed Dangiwa as the guest of honour.

President of the REDAN, Aliyu Wamakko, while opening the event, said the annual general meeting was an opportunity for the 6th council of REDAN to give account of stewardship to members in accordance with the association’s constitution.

Wamakko stated out the achievement of the council and the endorsement of rural urban housing initiative has come into reality with the launch of the RUHI 774.

Honourable minister of works and Housing, Babatunde Raji Fashola , represented by the Managing director of Federal Mortgage Bank, Arc Ahmed Dangiwa, in his address, commended REDAN for it’s profound efforts in the housing sector.

While Pledging his full support to the association, the minister stated that he will ensure that the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria continues to give support and make affordable housing accessible for Nigerians.

Highlights of event include the presentation of awards to outstanding individuals who have contributed immensely to the development of REDAN and housing sector.
