Real estate development company, Sunville Group, has reaffirmed its commitment to addressing Nigeria’s housing needs as it expands its operations across Port Harcourt, Lagos and Abuja.
The company’s Chief Operating Officer, Preye Ziko Bob-Manuel, said Sunville’s vision is to develop residential communities that combine quality construction with infrastructure, technology, security and professional estate management.

Bob-Manuel said Sunville’s development journey began in Port Harcourt, where the company established a significant presence along major residential corridors including Peter Odili Road, New GRA, Old GRA and Eliozu.
Completed developments in Port Harcourt include Orion, Amazonite, Sage, Rose Quartz, The Emerald, The Emerald 2, Baltic Amber, Coral Crystal, Prime Court 1–4, The Royale, The Paradise, Court 1 and Court 2.
The company is also developing a new generation of estates in the city, including Tourmaline, Tanzanite, Sunstone, Rubellite, Amethyst, Hessonite 1 and 2, Aquamarine, Chalcedony and Turquoise Residence.
Sunville described Turquoise Residence as a major milestone in its development journey, saying the project reflects its approach to combining technology, sustainability and estate management.
Beyond Port Harcourt, the company has expanded into Lagos, where it has delivered Black Opal and Sapphire Apartments.
