The Chairman, Board of Trustees, Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria, (REDAN) Prince Seyi Lufadeju has congratulated Senator Aliyu Wamakko for what he described as his doggedness, determination, and efficient pursuit which culminated in the passage of the real estate bill by the Senate.

The BOT Chairman described the achievement of REDAN through its president as an achievement for the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Lufadeju noted that efforts so far injected into the sector by the association’s leadership will help sanitize the industry in the country.

In an interview with newsmen, he said, “It is a big service that is being rendered to this country in getting this bill to the stage we have reached now.”

He commended Wamakko who is the President of the body for his contributions and the entire leadership of the Senate for considering and passing the bill, emphasizing that passing the bill into law will make the real estate sector to be more professional, efficient and more in the interest of the country.
