Participants at the ongoing Abuja International Housing Show have expressed huge excitement over affordable home ownership opportunities currently available at the show as over 400 exhibitors impress them with multiple options to own a home.

Speaking with Housing News, Abdul Ansari, one of the home seekers at the exhibition said he has already sign up for a rent to own scheme by one of the affordable housing development companies at the show.

“The were able to break it down for me to understand, and I am very excited. It is something I have looked forward to for years, but never had an opportunity like this to meet face to face with the companies to know how to go about it,” he said.

Also speaking to Housing News, Franklin Adegbe said he has signed up for a 20 years help to own plan with very cheap mortgage that wouldn’t affect him and his family.

It has always been the mandate of Abuja International Housing Show to offer home seekers a big platform where they can access multiple and affordable home ownership opportunities.

Now in its 13th year, the benefit for participants has been tremendous and accounts for the number of turn out at this year’s edition.
