Moroccan Ambassador pledges support for 14th AIHS

Morocco’s Ambassador to Nigeria, Moha Ou Ali Tagma has pledged the support of his embassy in ensuring the participation of Moroccan government officials especially the Moroccan Minister of Housing at the 14th edition of the Abuja International Housing Show as its provides an opportunity to foster the relationship between the two countries.
The ambassador stated this while receiving the management staff of Fesadeb Media Group led by its Chief Executive Officer, Barr. Festus Adebayo, who paid him a courtesy call at the Moroccan embassy in Abuja.
The objective of the visit was to seek a mutually beneficial partnership with the Embassy towards a successful 14th AIHS billed for July 21st to 25th at the International Conference Centre, Abuja.

Tagma added that the Abuja International Housing Show provides the needed platform for stakeholders in the housing sector in Africa to share their experience on how to reduce the huge housing deficit as well as provision of affordable housing on the continent.
He lauded the Abuja International Housing Show for its pivotal role in bringing together stakeholders in the housing sector to discuss ways of reducing housing deficit in Africa.
Speaking earlier, the Chief Executive Officer of Fesadeb Media Group, Barr. Festus Adebayo said the essence of the visit was to engage the embassy officially to facilitate the participation of the Moroccan government at the 14th Abuja International Housing Show.
He said Morocco is doing very well in the area of housing, adding that the organizers of the Show are interested in the Moroccan Housing Minister and other heads of agencies in the sector sharing their country’s experience in providing affordable housing for their citizens.

Adebayo said the 14th edition of the Show is being organized in collaboration with Shelter Afrique and will serve as a credible platform for African countries to find solutions to the housing problem and take millions of Africans out of slums.
Abuja International Housing Show is Africa’s biggest housing and construction expo. It is a forum that brings together all real estate, mortgage, home interior, affordable housing, and construction stakeholders from public and private sector to discuss and display sector trends. Since 2005, the Show has offered real estate stakeholders an invaluable platform for networking, meeting investors and visitors who have a buying capability – face to face and sealing deals.
