iBUILD Global, a groundbreaking multi-national fintech-for-housing-construction company has recently partnered with Miyamoto International to create a professional app extension on the iBUILD Platform along with an administrative portal for quality construction and engineering assessments. The two companies are collaborating to pioneer the development of the new assessment tools that will be used for quality assessments for new and existing structures and for post-disaster engineering assessments in order to certify and digitize large scale reconstruction efforts and interventions. The first deployment of the Quality Assessment tool is proposed for Indonesia. This move is a strong endorsement of the mobile-enabled iBUILD® technology and Miyamoto International’s strength in earthquake and hurricane resilient engineering to reduce damage and facilitate disaster recovery.
Miyamoto International designs new construction and assesses existing buildings to address specific vulnerabilities to disasters. They prioritize solutions that limit damage, business interruption and loss of life. Miyamoto is strategically located worldwide in regions vulnerable to disaster. Miyamoto’s expertise is proven to positively impact economies and save lives.
Through this partnership, iBUILD Global and Miyamoto International will provide end to end construction assessment, project monitoring, criteria certifying, payment and disbursement tracking and bidding and hiring of contractors, workers and material suppliers, all-in-one.
The patent-pending iBUILD® platform offers an elegant fin-tech solution that empowers customers in need of housing construction to transact with lenders, architects and suppliers within a secure, transparent environment. iBUILD® formalizes and demystifies the construction process so that large scale developers and financial institutions, alongside individual homebuilders of all income levels, are all able to track and manage their resources through an end-to-end solution for housing construction, transforming an unorganized marketplace into a vibrant transparent ecosystem.

The iBUILD® platform is localized, by market, to stimulate housing construction activity, improve efficiency and transparency of transactions and improve quality of construction through verification of skilled professionals, open bidding for project work and authenticated suppliers.
The new assessment tools will be offered on the iBUILD platform in a new module that will be available on a market-by-market basis with associated fees for each assessment report created.
“We are looking forward to a long and successful partnership with Miyamoto International. As leaders in their field, we are confident that the collaboration for our new online assessment tools will lead to a profitable venture for us both. Most importantly, it will lead to a safer built environment.“

-Lewis Schulman, Board Chairman, iBUILD Global
“Having the iBUILD Global platform as a partner, we can effectively assist our clients and people. The iBUILD platform technology and brand are a perfect complement to our vision for digitization and rapid replication in massive construction needs and disaster zones. We are confident that this partnership will further enhance our capabilities to meet the growing demand for construction quality control around the world.”
-Dr. Kit Miyamoto, CEO, Miyamoto International
