The Managing Director of CityCode Mortgage Bank, Mr. Ebilate Mac-Yoroki has been elected President of Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria (MBAN).
MBAN is the Umbrella body regulating all Mortgage Banks engaging in Mortgage Business in Nigeria, licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
The body is also saddled with the responsibility of providing access to mortgage finance for provision of affordable housing and home-ownership finance in Nigeria.
Before Mac-Yoroki’s election as MBAN President, he has been sitting on the board of several companies including City-Code Trust & Investment Company Limited, NGX-Regulation (formerly The Nigerian Stock Exchange), Karinax Nigeria Limited, among others.
He is an accomplished stockbroker and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Stockbrokers (FCIS) since 1991. He is also an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM). He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, Boston, USA. where he completed a program on Driving Corporate Performance. He is also an alumnus of Fannie Mac, Washington, USA.
