Commissioner for Finance, Dr. Rabiu Olowo, congratulated the lucky winners, saying it was a well-deserved victory.

The winners were announced during the Grand Finale of the Lagos State Civil Service Insurance Week, which was organized by the Ministry of Finance in collaboration with the Consortium of Insurance Companies and Brokers.
