Forbes Under 30: Meet 25 Years Old Omoha Nduka John Nominated As The Richest Real Estate Owner

A young man of 25 Years identified as Omoha Nduka John is currently trending online for being Nominated by forbes Africa under 30 class 2021.

Prince Omoha Nduka was born on 3rd September 1995 in Abakiliki, He is from Umuebe Ezzamgbo in Ohaukwu Local Government Area of Ebonyi StateNigeria.

He attended his primary, secondary and University Education in Ebonyi State, he has a bachelor degree in political science from Ebonyi State University.

Omoha Nduka John is a real estate investor and a philanthropist, He is currently the chairman of prince luxury groups and founder of Prince Omoha foundation.

Between 2010-2011, Prince Omoha Nduka travelled to Lagos State to visit his elder brother who is a businessman, after the visit he decided to join his elder brother in his business, he saved up money which he used to start his mining business.

He made his first million dollars when he got a contract to supply mineral stone to a Chinese company, this was his turning point.

He established Prince luxury groups in 2016, which is one of the fast rising real estate company. 

According to forbes, Prince Omoha Nduka is one of the young richest and most influential real estate investor in Nigeria with net worth between $4.3 million to 5 million dollars as at October 2020.

There is reward in hard work, this should be an inspiration to the younger generation
