In order to reduce the nation’s housing gap and provide shelter, particularly for citizens on the low-income ladder, the Family Homes Funds Limited (FHFL) has delivered over 15,000 affordable homes across the 36 states of the federation with adequate amenities for modern living.

Family Homes Estate 1 & 2 located in Luvu Madaki, Masaka, Nasarawa State

Family Homes Estate located along Benin/Asaba Expressway, Delta State

Meanwhile, there are other housing projects under construction in Enugu, Zamfara, Niger, Akwa Ibam, Borno, and Kebbi states among others.

Also, through its various housing projects, FHFL has created over 83,000 jobs to alleviate the scourge of unemployment in the country.
