The Lagos State Mortgage Board (LagosHoms) has dissociated itself from and property agents engaged in the sale of ‘LagosHoms’ housing units in the state.
In a statement issued, on Wednesday, by the Lagos State Mortgage Board, it said, “The Lagos State Mortgage Board (LagosHoms) completely dissociates herself from any and ALL Property agents engaged in the sale of ‘ LagosHoms’ housing units.
“For the avoidance of doubt Lagos HOMS is not in collaboration with any property agents and in particular ‘Absorlant Properties’.
“The Board deals directly with interested parties. Please note that prices for the homes in Lateef Jakande Estate, Igando remain as approved by Mr Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and advertised on our website: www.lagoshoms.gov.ng and listed below:
3 BEDROOMS….N10M NOT 15M
2 BEDROOMS….N7.5M NOT 10M
1 BEDROOM……..N5M NOT 8M.”
