Billionaire businessman Alhaji Aliko Dangote has promised to establish a 600-bed isolation centre within the Kano’s Sani Abacha Stadium.
Governor Abdullahi Ganduje announced this during inauguration of a fund raising committee to provide succour to the less privileged in Kano State on Sunday.
The isolation centre would be established to complement the two centres meant for quarantine in case of any eventuality.
Kano has not yet recorded any positive case of COVID-19.
