The Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 (PTF) has urged the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Malam Muhammad Musa Bello to reactivate enforcement on the violation of Covid-19 Pharmaceutical Protocols in the territory.
National Coordinator of PTF, Dr Sani Aliyu gave this urged during an Emergency FCT Covid-19 Stakeholders Review Meeting held on Monday in Abuja.
The meeting which was necessitated by the increased number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the nation’s capital.
Aliyu also emphasised the need for aggressive enforcement of covid-19 guidelines that would come with clear penalties.
He insisted that mass gathering should be restricted to 50 persons preferably outdoors and there must be wearing of facemasks.
