Authorities are searching for Folashade Odelana and Bamidele Ayodele Abiodun in connection with a large-scale digital investment scheme reportedly tied to Crypto Bridge Exchange (CBEX), a platform at the center of a ₦1 billion controversy.
The anti-graft agency released a notice midweek via its verified social media channel, urging the public to provide any information that could assist in locating the individuals. Their last known residence, according to officials, is situated at 17 Oremeta Street, Allen Avenue in Ikeja, Lagos.
This latest move adds to the list of persons of interest, following earlier disclosures involving eight others. Legal steps have already been taken against several of them, with arrest warrants secured for six.
Initial alarms about CBEX surfaced in April, when a number of users claimed they had been left financially ruined. Since then, efforts to trace funds and bring those involved to justice have intensified.
The commission’s chairman, Ola Olukoyede, has reiterated the agency’s commitment to resolving the matter and has confirmed that partial recoveries have already been made.
