Breaking: Sanwo-Olu Cancels 2018 Land Use Charge

The Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu Lagos State led Government has cancelled the 2018 land use charge and reverted to pre-2018 land use charges.

The Commissioner for Finance, Dr. Rabiu Olowo disclosed the development at an ongoing press briefing.

According to the Commissioner, the government also waived penalties for land use charge for 2017, 2018 and 2019, which Olowo stated that translates to a loss of revenue amounting to N5.6bn.
