Fire Guts FMBN Headquarters, Abuja
The Abuja office of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria has suffered a major blaze that has affected the building’s third floor.
The cause of the incident is yet unknown but firefighters from the Federal Fire Service (FFS) are currently battling to put out the inferno.
The disaster has caused damage to many offices including the boardroom and office of the Special Advisor to the Managing director’s office.
The fire was said to have started around 11pm on Wednesday 9th February 2022 at the 3rd floor.
