Living Trust Mortgage Bank, Osogbo wins Africa Housing Awards’ 2021Mortgage Bank of the Year

Living Trust Mortgage Bank Plc, Osogbo, Osun State has emerged as the winner of Mortgage Bank of the year award in the Africa Housing Awards
2021.

The award was presented at the most prestigious awards ceremony in the
Africa housing and construction industry, the 5th edition which was
held on 10th December 2021 at the International Conference Centre
(ICC) Abuja.

Living Trust Mortgage Bank outshined its contemporaries following her carefully designed loans to help cater for the shelter needs of the
citizenry. These included mortgage loans, home improvement loans,
remortgage loans, home savings plans and our other products that are
tailored to suit the purpose and pocket of its numerous customers.

The mortgage bank ranked tops amongst its peers in making mortgage loans, NHF loans and other bespoke solutions easily accessible, hence
her emergence as the best Mortgage bank of the year award of the
Africa most prestigious and most credible housing awards.

Living Trust Mortgage Bank Plc was incorporated in 1993 as Osun Building Society Limited and later changed to Livingspring Savings and
Loans Limited with Head Office in Osogbo, Osun State.

It was established to provide Mortgage banking services, Mortgage
Financing, Real Estate Construction Financing and General Financial
Services. The name was later changed to Omoluabi Mortgage Bank Plc and in 2014, listed its shares on the Alternative Securities Market (ASeM)
of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE); emerging the first company to do so.

In 2019, CITITRUST Group invested into the bank and became the
majority shareholder, setting the stage for the bank to be more
competitive with a wider coverage in our service delivery.
