ESTATE OF THE WEEK: Modern Shelter Ltd, Providing Affordable Housing with taste and comfort

Modern Shelter Systems and Services Ltd which clinches the first spot in the Africa Housing News Estate of the week rating, has remained unwavering in its operational values of providing maximum value to home subscribers taste and comfort at the most affordable and seamless rate.

On a visit to the Norren Court, one of the developing Sites of Modern Shelter by the Africa Housing News Crew, the Chief Technical Officer Arc Damilola Omotade who supervised the touring exercise around the site, disclosed that the construction which started as at March 2020, is in two phases of 40 units houses, hoped to be completed by the end of September this year.

The Structural Architect, Arc. Abdullahi Abdulsalam, who was also part of the tour team, while giving a brief on the facilities in the Estate, disclosed that Norren Court will have a Club house at the Central position of the estate, a gym house, a swimming pool and a playground for children in the Estate. Located in the highbrow areas of Gwarimpa, Abdulsalam stated that the site is electrically fortified with transformers and a backup power systems to ensure steady power supply , adding that the security build-up is highly formidable to guarantee maximum safety.

Taking a tour into the internal view of the structures, the Interior Architect, Arc. Aisha Sulaiman, said that the Interior was typically and tastefully designed to enhance comfort with particular preference to individual sensibilities.

Abubakar Saidu, the Chief Operations Officer while briefing AHN crew on the subscription method for the Estate, disclosed that houses are very much affordable and can be comfortably acquired through a payment plan of either mortgage, depending on your position in accessing mortgage or through direct financing plan.

Apart from the 40 units Norren Court at Gwarimpa, Modern Shelter Systems and Services Ltd, a relatively new player in the Real Estate space that has remained focused on providing end to end solutions for all stakeholders, have other subsidiaries which include; 17 units Saci Court at Katampe extension, 10 Unit Abba Court at Mabushi, 24 units Pelican Court at Jahi and their largest, the Asante Santa at Galadimawa with 298 units. Their major partners include; Jaiz Bank, Taj Bank, Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN).
